Latest Agilent product does not use RMBS IP I would like to know whether the technological breakthrough that your company reported today ("Agilent Technologies Announces Breakthrough in Communication ASIC Technology / CMOS Test Chip Demonstrates Over Fifty 2.5 Gb/s Embedded Serializer/Deserializer Channels") incorporates any of Rambus, Inc.'s patents.
