hey wstera 02, great insights for the ltb&h theorists much like myself.i apprec your thoughts. i too am almost debt free livin'/enjoyin' life. sometimes the real property i buy puts me into debt for a short time ; yet my strategy is to exit or flip asap w/o greed entering my exit plan, then moving on to the next deal.

Hey Rich Man: U check ITWO today. Low 70.75. High 171.25. Have listed it on my RR Radar Screen for 3 weeks or so. Give u one guess who got the low..... hee hee hee...

Check BEAS. Also, on my list. I finally entered it. New position. For what it's worth and it could crater tomorrow.
