I've been watching QCOM also, I missed a week ago 62, but I agree w/ you better days appear to be coming. I was hoping for a retreat from 72, but as you see it broke out w/ great strength. I know many new 3g products are using it's CDMA technology

as an example here is some LU news. LU has also been selling it proprietary broadband wireless access antennas equipment.

TOKYO (CBSMW) -- Sanyo Electric Co. and Lucent Technologies announced Thursday that they are teaming up to develop third-generation (3G) cellular phones for the U.S. market.

Shares of Sanyo Electric jumped over 4.0 percent in Tokyo in reaction to the news that Lucent (LU: news, msgs) has formed an alliance with Sanyo Fisher, a division of Sanyo's (SANYY: news, msgs) U.S. subsidiary, to develop third-generation (3G) cellular phone systems compatible with the CDMA2000-1x telecommunications standard for the U.S. market.
