WDB, i agree with most of what you posted. i am not at all pleased with MSGI. but part of the problem was the whole internet crash. there are many companys that are shutting down divisions and doing less investing in the internet area. look at CMGI,ENGA,ICGE, priceline.
if MSGI can keep their revenue numbers up, they will make it. i wouldn't be surprised to see someone buy them if they keep their revenues up.
i'm not defending them, but this goes beyond just this company.
