Marconi 1st-Half Sales Rise; Stock to Trade on Nasdaq (Update3)

London, Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Marconi Plc, the U.K.'s largest phone-equipment maker, said telecommunications sales rose more than 40 percent in its fiscal first half, sending its stock up as much as 6.4 percent. It also said its shares will start trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market the week of Oct. 16.
