Yeah, that is what I was referring to. But to me, it just sounds like an idea Bush people came up with to try to sway voters to his side.

School choice has been an issue Republicans have been pressing for a years, if not decades, unfortunately so far, they succeeded in only very few places. I think some cities in Wisconsin are one example.

The May low for the Naz was right around 3040; if that doesn't hold, then the next level would be around 2894, the 10/20/99 breakout.
