Mine says that Donovan was not charged. Hmmmmmm......I am not sure about Weinberger, they do not specify on mine. I think, though, that he was going to be charged, but was never indicted because of the pardon.......Anyway, I was right, the most Cabinet members were from the Nixon Administration......

I checked, and yours is more accurate. Donovan was indicted and acquitted on state charges unrelated to his Cabinet position. Weinberger was indicted for perjury similar to Cisneros, but pardoned. Nixon's Administration still wins, and Clinton, I believe, exceeds. Espy was indicted, and Cisneros plead guilty to perjurious statements to the FBI.....
