I thought it was just an ABS [U-B-S] like an ouch or something like that "-))

There are even different [U-B-S] out there with different names.

Since I do not have a clue on how it works would you, please, explain to me how [U-B-S] with tranche (class) type structures work? And what in the world is residual tranche? :-))
