I wish I could give you a more comprehensive answer, but
1) I'm not familiar with the *specifics* of the new regulations, so I don't really know how specifically it might affect that dynamic.

2) I don't think it will - but this is based on my perception that EMC is a pretty up-front company - my feeling is that the information is there for everyone if they want access to it - If my perception is correct, then the new regs should have zero effect on this process - but as I said, I can't back it up with specifics, it's more of an impression I've garnered through nearly 5 years of owning EMC.
