I'm glad you posted this link! Someone (a Gore supporter, I think) had posted only the two paragraphs that showed Gore in an attractive light and were negative toward GW and posted them, ignoring the rest, which was much more even-handed.

One needs to read the entire article for what Noonan really thought.
