I guess a 13 year old whose parents do not require
him/her to wear a seatbelt is deemed less "in danger"
than a 12 year old?

It's ironic that these 12 and under kids would be protected under a seatbelt law, yet in the case of abortion (I'm
pro-choice BTW) it's the mother who's protected..

What if the government one day forbade more than 2 scoops
in a cone?
