Great post, Rambi. I think Gore came across a patronizing and didactic. I got the impression he wanted to rap W's knuckles with a ruler whenever he was challenged.

He reminded of some of my Jesuit elementary grade teachers. They taught me well, please don't misunderstand, and I love them dearly, but I was after all a third grader, not a Presidential candidate, and needed to be patronized and disciplined.
