John, as you know obtaining a deal with a primarily charitable organization is relatively easy. We all saw it with the growing list. Just say there could be money in it for you. Then hope there will be an effort made by them with little effort on the company's part. Then wait and see if there is anything for us. Didn't work.

As a result we got a lot of contracts with no return.

I believe, and have had it eluded to, that the days of just putting out information on the come is over. Now contracts will be negotiated with an end result in mind. What we see will be something that has been properly negotiated with results in mind. Margins will be strongly considered and negotiations will be made with that in mind or not done. I've heard 20%+ minimum will be strongly worked for. That is something different from the past when they worked on a wish and a dream. We have a new company.

The objective now in place, imo and agreed with, is for the new company to move forward with increasing revenues and earnings.

The closing of Affinity is the last peg in the new company. The IBank can then be brought to the front after the audit requirements through the registration which sets up the draw capability or funding.

There are a number of new accounts on the table that are hot that may be negotiated to a close once the final acquisition is complete and the funding is or can be assured. These major corporations, imo, wanted to be assured their deals could and would be executed and that there would be funding to drive the deals. With that the deals can proceed through the final negotiations to a possible close and with a margin to TSIG.com that produces a growing company generating growing profits.

Sounds and will look good for all if it works.

johngmack all that volume was almost 500k sell off as stock tanked to .54 then daytraders got in pushed it back up and sold on the way up locking in profits alot of those shares after the first 500k in the morning could be counted twice IMHO. if stock did not tank in the am would almost bet it would of been a normal 200k trading day.. Somebody is still dumping shares and these longs show no sign of concern about it .
