Hey Syncie - Oh! Porcupines!! That reminds me of my mom. Next time I head over there lunch, I bet she'll make 'em for me - gotta put in a request. Great idea on using it that way. I've also put a generous spoon of that soup over a (sorry Drea) frozen breaded chicken breast (the fat free kind) - which is on top of a small portion of angel hair pasta. Definately jazzes up the chicken. I do have some other favorite recipes, and maybe another soup one that I really like, I'll try to post a few this weekend. How about you? What's your specialty?
