Sam- Semi Equip is where I started- with Cary as one of my original mentors (though he may not know that). You too, were bookmarked as a worthy poster.

I did pick up some KLIC & COHU recently, and have been watching others (LCRX, SFAM, PRIA) but don't want to 'hurry' into the sector. My initial experience with Semi-Equip suggested that I buy way to early, and must leg in over a period of months, if not years.

Tech is getting it on the chin this year, both in the spring and now the fall. There may be many opportunities to pick up good companies if the current bashing continues.

BTW- tech happens to have grown to an overweighted portion of the market, IMO, drawing money from blue chip stocks, where I've made the bulk of my profits this year. This suggests caution even though they appear 'relatively' cheap today. Checkout this link
