Just a couple of days of rallies and the shorts are going to be scrambling to cover. There is no way CSCO is going down from here, IMHO. The big caps that are into optical seem poised to take off. When JDSU starts to move up (as it did last 2 days)---it is the clear signal, IMHO. That one has been the laggard for a while. The shorts have had their days in the Sun already. The tide is going to turn very shortly--big rally tomorrow is what I expect.
