Brogan, The class action law suit filed is SOP for just about any stock that has gone down from higher levels. The Mex. subsid. has been a topic of discussion from the time that the stock was trading at 22, down form the low 40's. As you know these litigations take years to settle, are costly to the company to defend and rarely return .10 on the dollar to the shareholder. However, the lawyers do well! <GGGG> Ken
