Ted,

I think successfull politicians need to be good liars.

They need to be bright.

I felt pretty good about Clinton negotiating with a world leader.

I felt same way about nixon.

Thank god reagan slept thru most of his negotiations.

And carter was a great human being but very worrisome.

Its like hiring a bill collector - you want a nasty piece of work not some nice ole lady.
