Ms. Laura Moseley reports

Thermo Tech has retained the services of one of the most respected public relations firms in the United States to help the company enhance its visibility and credibility with key government, business and community leaders in the United States and, in particular, the state of Michigan.

Thermo Tech is a waste conversion and waste management company with proprietary organic waste conversion facilities employing a proprietary thermophilic organic waste fermentation technology.

The announcement was made today by Ed Kroeker, Thermo Tech chairman and chief executive officer, who said that Thermo Tech has hired Caponigro Public Relations to immediately begin working with the company.

Caponigro Public Relations has major offices in Detroit, Mich., and Southfield, Mich. The firm has been named "one of the United States' best public affairs and crisis-management firms" by Inside PR magazine.

The firm specializes in obtaining positive media coverage for its clients, working with companies in times of crises, helping to brand and position corporations in a competitive marketplace, and providing smart communications counsel.

The firm's founder and CEO, Jeffrey R. Caponigro, who will be personally counseling Thermo Tech executives, is the author of The Crisis Counselor: The step-by-step guide to managing a business crisis. His book was named "one of the top-10 books in public relations" by PR Week magazine.

"We are extremely pleased to be working with a firm of the calibre of Caponigro Public Relations," said Mr. Kroeker. "They will play a major factor in helping to position our company with the right people who can help our company meet its strategic goals in the United States."

Laura Moseley, vice-president of Caponigro Public Relations, is the lead consultant working with Thermo Tech. She has more than 30 years experience in public relations, communications and the news media, and a law degree from the University of Michigan. Others from the Caponigro Public Relations staff, in addition to Ms. Moseley and Mr. Caponigro, will be added to the Thermo Tech consulting team when needed as well.

WARNING: The company relies on litigation protection for "forward-looking" statements.
