Morgan Fails to Display Your Limit Orders: Message 13837849 Brokerage Firm with 47 Violators in a Single Year Charged with Cornering the Market on IPOs: Message 14217219 Penny Scammers: nasdaqnews.com "Prearranged, Matched Trading" of Large Blocks Back and Forth in Short-Sell "Symmetry" Between 2 Brokerage Houses For the Purpose of Manipulating the Price: Message 14231879 ======================== Considering how long it takes for any of these cases to come to a sentence, and how many are settled or dismissed and how often fines are reduced. . . it is no wonder the SEC appears to have given up. . . .and instead has begun to focus on individuals. At least the small individual investor usually will not fight back as hard as the Major Brokerage houses. I would also guess that less than 0.01% of stock & market manipulators ever really get caught. . . .leaving 99.99% to get away with their crimes. Enjoy! Rande Is
