What will you do with all the unborn children? Especially the ones with birth defects? Are you willing to sink a lot of money on babies you have forced to be carried to term, that their parents don't want, and who are unadoptable? Are you sure wasting finite medical resources on babies no one wants, and who may have very expensive problems, is worth it when there are already born children who are in desperate need of medical attention?
