I just can't see a miss when they guided WSJ to meeting the number.

But they could show various other problems like inventory build or increased accounts rcvbl that are doubtful from a bad CLEC, etc.

Stuff on the balance sheet. The CLEC issue will hit CMTN and EFNT pretty hard if it really manifests itself in this qtr.

I am watching this one on the side.

CMTN is an easy target for any short in this "self-imposed" quiet period....Few are NOT going to believe any rumor spread, with a chart like CMTN...(sorry for double negative)

It is getting real late, almost impossibly so..... in the game to warn (if its coming).....CMTN's going to look just awful to the financial community if it does (visions of CPQ in April '99), but you gotta wonder, if it'll pull a Computer Associates (stock-wise)...and head up after any such announcement.......after all, 75%+ down in 3 months in pretty unreal....how much blood could this turnip have left?

Even if they warn about slowing growth going forward (and they make their number), I would think it would have to be pretty drastic for the stock not to bounce a little from these levels...I think we will see real recovery by Monday at the latest...
