yes, in business you would be arrested for running a ponzi pyramid scheme the way they run social security... as long as there are more new people paying in than the ones drawing out it works. it crumbles when everyone needs their money.

Precisely, and that's exactly why all this talk of putting social security in a "locked box" is a bunch of Bulchevick! What locked box? Show it to me Al. The next time Gore says "locked box", Bush should call him on the carpet for it. "Mr V.P. you've been repeating "locked box" for quite some time now, would you mind describing what this box looks like? Do you plan on hiding a few trillion dollars under your desk or something?" Talk about reducing your language to the least common denominator. Michael
