Wealthiest 1% is not necessarily the same as the highest income 1%.


Theoretically, that may be true but in reality I suspect a person with a lot of assets has a high income if for no other reason than its needed to service at least some of the debt on those assets and to pay for the lifestyle that that level of asset accumulation encourages. :~))
