Randy Watson Joins High Speed Access Corp. As Vice President of Business Integration

LITTLETON, Colo., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- High Speed Access Corp.
(NASDAQ:HSAC), a leading provider of broadband Internet services, today
announced the appointment of Randy Watson, a 20-year veteran of the cable and
satellite industry, as its Vice President of Business Integration. Mr. Watson
will report directly to Gregory Hodges, Chief Operating Officer of HSA.

Mr. Watson comes to HSA from DirecTV where he most recently served as Vice
President of its Home Services Network. He served Primestar as Regional Vice
President of its Eastern Region, before DirecTV acquired Primestar. Prior to
joining Primestar, Mr. Watson served Time Warner, Inc., for over 18 years in
various operating and management positions for both its cable and satellite
divisions. Mr. Watson is a graduate of the University of California, San
Diego.
