No spin, it is what it is. A stock underwriting requires that the stock will be sold. Period. Fact of life. Let's hunker down until the shooting stops.

My only real comment is not to look at how the stock is sold but how the market handles the stock. Every large block sale (300000-400000 shares) has been Bear I assume and the market gets taken down when that occurs. If it can stay even keel or even go up slightly when that block comes across, now THAT will be something to spin positively.

It is now clear they will issue all tranches ASAP as long as the stock is above 5. They seem to be eager to get the money in their pocket. This is good for Loral stockholders and G* debt holders.

It is not clear if it is good for GSTRF. There are a number of ways to spin it. Let me try a positive spin: By getting most of the stock overhanging the market out of the way before the quarterly release, any rise of the stock because of positive news will not be capped unduly.
