Make sure that you go to the "Deleted" box of your e-mail client and make sure any deleted items that could have been affected by the Worm are given a final delete. Also I recommend you download (if you can) and run the following utility ("Cure for Love") to get rid of the worm from the nooks and crannies: woodyswatch.com - Eric -
