Comic - first of all, thanks for digging up this article, but I don't believe EVERYTHING I read. Second, the article states that 39% of African American males "in their twenties" were either in prisons, jails, or on probation, that's not a majority, and it certainly does not represent the Afican American male population in whole. I agree that the statictics are NOT in AAM's favor, but I won't pretend to know the cause or the answers. It IS sickening to read, whether slightly understated or exaggerated. Anyhow, do you believe felons should be allowed to vote?
