if that is the case dude, then why hasn't the company or any of its multi-millionaire insiders stepped up to the plate to defend their company.

I am shocked at Allaire's silence. Do they want to take this company private at $ 5 per share?

Look, all that you say may or may not be the case. But regardless, it does not excuse ALLR for their actions. They were self interest motivated when they sold out. They knew before they sold the stock was going to suffer as they could have sold at a much higher price earlier on.
