Hi Alan: The markets have changed. We are close to entering the 2nd phase of a bear market where "concern" takes over. While I'm still expecting a rally (and we keep having failed rallies) capital preservation is the order in the new market. I'm about 40% cash and still waiting. Either the markets turn next week or I'm 80% cash with the new 40% being less than it is today. Tim
