"According to sources, Intel as early as January will roll out the Solano, a PC133-enabled version of its Intel 810 chipset family." That's not an official Intel announcement of January shipment. I can provide all kinds of links that say "according to sources" Almador will support DDRSDRAM. If you believe "according to sources" will you believe them? Only if it fit's your needs. <G> It's impossible to have an intelligent discussion with you. That pricing exercise is a great example of your FUD. How about doing an apples to apples. Go to Kingston and price PC133 and PC800 for the DELL Optiplex GX100 and GX300. Clue, the PC800 costs twice as much. No need to respond. Just wasting everyone's time on this thread.
