To answer your question EMLX did not purchase ANCR, QLGC did. QLGC announced dilution and while many forget this adds risk to the stock.

EMLX is a good company too with less risk.

I can't understand why computer software stocks are up on a day like today. My gut feeling is there is still a day of total capitulation still ahead.
