I believe you meant morale. You are clueless about the military, also. You were probably a homo, unable to enter before the clinton homo policy. I'm sure you'd have been pissing your drawers in boot camp also. The military has had to lower its standards in order to become politically correct. Lieberman is full of shit to say that we have the most powerful military in the world. Our warfighting capability has been reduced to the point where we have to rob Peter to pay Paul. Yes, the retention rates are high in the peacekeeping areas, but they suck back stateside because they don't get the opportunity to train and maintain proficiency due to the accounts being raided to pay for the non-strategic missions that "wag the dog" clinton and madelaine notallthatbright have involved us in.knc
