Ali, BTW, OR840 is a dual CPU board (more expensive than single ones) and also includes on board 10/100Mb Ethernet. Here is a link with a better price. It's the same board. They are in stock. pcwonders.com OR840 dual cpu board with 10/100Mb Ethernet & 256MB RDRAM = $916.43 The site you also posted has the board bare with no ram at $328 (link here: microx-press.com Not bad price for a dual CPU motherboard with 10/100Mb Ethernet. With 2x128Mb RIMMs we are talking about $770, which is about $200 cheaper.
