REASONS FOR OPTIMISM 1.The company(IWA) has assembled a large land mass near the high grade Bonanza Ledge discovery. 2.The price has dropped to more realistic levels given the long halt. 3.They are still being courted by majors like Teck,Homestake and Franco Nevada and others.An offer was turned down by IWA board of directors. 4.The company has improved the way it conducts it business including quality additions to the board of directors.(Dick Atkinson and Doug Hurst) 5.The Bonanza ledge discovery lens is higher than previously found lenses dating back to the 1860's. 6.The possibility of finding more mineralization along this new formation are excellent. 7.The company now has funds to continue its work with the recent private placement.(1 Million dollars) Joe
