RS.. From the SEC Form 424B5.. Filed 1/10/2000

sec.gov

<<A number of Globalstar service providers
recently agreed in principle to make advance purchases of approximately 50 million minutes of Globalstar airtime. We expect these purchases to result in $19 million of revenues in 2000, after giving effect to a 25% promotional discount.>>

Advance Purchases means they are pay for these services before they use them?? That's how those Pre-paid Phone Cards work.. Isn't it?? If you remember from the CC when BLS announced this "agreement".. He was asked if this revenue would be booked in the last quarter of 1999.. He stated "no" it would be booked in CY Q1 2000. What happened to the 19 million in Advance Purchase revenue?? Maybe something happened to the "agreement in principle"?

Notice that there is isn't even a press release available about the 19 million in Advanced Sales of Air-time anymore .. Heck, BLS had a CC with all the analyst's on line and everything.. Yet, no Press Release resides on the Web Site.

Sure there is one about 100% mobile coverage of Australia by Mid-2000 just a few week after the 19 million in Advanced Purchases.

But, Not a word about the 19 Million Advance Sales??

And I stand corrected.. The 105 million Bear S. deal was ANNOUNCED before the "Service Provider Financing" announcement. However, Since BLS had noted that he had been working on a "financial package" that involved the SP's, I would assume that most of the "deal" was finished before the "public announcement" about the Bear S. deal. He just had to wait until after summer vacations... Furthermore, even I did not believe that the Tracnche size and timing would be executed seemingly without regard to Share Price. This is what seems to be throwing up a lot of "red flags" IMO.. Even you stated..

"In other words G* is selling stock, literally, as fast as it can."

There has to be a reason for this type of activity? Don't you agree?
