As far as I understand, "floor" exists only for listed stocks. Does that mean they (big bad boys) don't know short interest for NAZ stocks?
I read some stories about hedge funds engaged in short selling without running it as a short sale (without borrowing the shares, I guess). Is that possible?
Do you think that "uptick rule" for short sale is fair?
I guess I shouldn't have raised this question, because bulls may pass new "downtick rule" for short covering. -g-
