>> Well, I guess we'll eventually find out what's going on. <<

We were making the same noises during a sustained period below $0.25, and it went to above $5. Then we were making similar noises at $0.62, and it went to above $1.50.

It seems like the smartest assumption, to me, is that investors are, in general, "KDUS dumb". That is good, for those with patience.

Again..... I would love to see the escrow cash mobilized, but..... I'm here for royalties, 2004-2005 and beyond.

My targets and thoughts, everyone please do independent homework.

I don't know why it ever dropped below $2 on the return from $5, much less why it would drop below $1 now.

If there's anyone who lives in the San Diego area (who wants to make a local call), the number for the Southern District court there is 619 557-5600. I called and after a minute of navigating through the punch-the-numbers routine to get to a human to find out information about the status of the case, I got a "that number is busy, please call back later" message.

I tried the Oakland federal court, thinking that they'd have the status info of all federal cases on their computer, but they don't.

One could get the info from the Federal Circuit court in DC, also.

Of course, Mr. Glass, I'm sure, has the answer too. ;-)
