Ray, something that worries me about getting back into tech is that each new decade for the last 4 decades had a new sector leader - which wasn't realised until after the event (fossil fuels - 'everyone will always need oil',, cyclicals/comsumer - 'KO will be growing quickly as it sells
to everyone in Russia/China' .. etc etc).

What I'm trying to say is that at the times the statements were made, the growth in those sectors seemed inevitable and endless for the forseeable future - which is exactly what people say about technology now because it was the leader for the 90's. If history has a lesson in this regard, we should be looking elsewhere - especially as the 'blue chip' techies appear to have topped out and grown to the the extent that they cannot continue high growth.

JMHO fwiw ...

Have a great weekend ....Ray & everyone

Regards

Stephen
