Unless you're some kind of Vulcan who desires only a rational world where logic rules over one's heart, I would be a bit careful... Logic can be very useful tool for people who have designs on your life, or happiness... People can make a "reasonable" argument that such a view as the one you hold is a danger to them... Thus, why should it not be permissable to remove that threat? Elites can make the logical argument that we shouldn't pay people too much because they will just have more children (malthusian logic)... Or we could make a reasonable argument for purified genetic blood lines that sanction the termination of anyone showing any form of genetic defect... But then again, I'm sure you don't "have a problem" with that either. It's called moral bankruptcy... And I'd wager that you have already filed...
