Hey I ought to move to Alberta! I didn't know that: Do you have anywhere with sunny weather? (I don't mind cold) Freeus Are you still allowed to own land and build on it or is everything tied up for weeds and rats? Is the property tax higher than 1% (you don't reallyi own land anywhere do you, you just rent it: if you dont pay prop tax you lose it here...there too?)
