Again, since I am not a resident of California nor a California state worker, I fail to see how this applies to me. Maybe if you spent more time worrying more about what EGRP is doing (or lack thereof) than worrying about what a distant state like California does, you might make a buck or two out of this stock. Besides, with your website and shameless promotions on SI, you have more to worry about from the government (like the SEC) than I do.
