I don't suspect the bulk of the crimes we are discussing are the result of not enough food to eat. I find this a bit of a stretch myself ......Not being in such a circumstance does not exclude me from having a rational opinion....Further more had I been in said circumstances and committed criminal activities t'would not excuse such behavior.
