Techplayer, fiscal '01 begins on January 1, 2001 - 3 months from now... Remember, after the merger this week the revenue DOUBLES instantly...

The combined INSP/GNET has trailing 12 months revenue of $132 Million right now! After the earnings report in 2 weeks they will have trailing 12 months revenue of approximately $170 Million...

Fiscal 2001 will probably top the current estimates based on ramp up of broadband, wireless etc.

Nothing is written in stone and there are many unknowns... we shall see...

Keep in mind the Nasdaq is DOWN 20% year to date...not surprising after a 80%+ plus run in '99...The Dow is up 5% in the last 20 months...
