While I agree 100% with killing the guy that was trying to choke him, throwing lead at someone that is running away is problematic. But you never know if they were going to come back for revenge so next time he better shoot straighter. -g-

You did note that (despite the tone of the article) Colorado residents do enjoy the protection of the "Make my Day" law where-by one can "shoot first & ask questions later" and be protected under the law in both the criminal & civil courts?
