Ken: re the SPR announcement, I think the auction was on Wednesday, with competitive, sealed bids, etc. I guess it took them two days to evaluate the offers, notify the "winners" and then take it public. Probably nothing sinister involved (then again, with the current admin, who knows???)

Ahem - I think I've got the TM for the VaporCap index! I'm sure AA will back me up on this one. Depending upon where you draw the line for PS and raw market cap, you get VaporCap 50 or the VaporCap 100. BC [EDIT: agreed - much of the Net traffic is financial. I know that's why I got my Wireless Web phone. Great times to be a contrarian with Wireless Web - it's just constant entertainment! Of course, I'm sure the sheeple don't see things in quite the same light...]
