So far the Rambus legal team has performed brilliantly IMHO.
Sueing Infineon in Germany, trying to combine trials.
Why would they do this. Because they know they will win.

If they were unsure they would try one first, by combing they get all the facts (and FUD) in the open at once.

As for Infineon's claim, this is a JOKE.
If Infineon really thought it had the IP it never would have signed an agreement in the first place.

If prior art existed I sure they would have informed MU or Hitachi.

Post something realistic for a change. RMTR at 5, perhaps.
