Sueponine, once the S-1(prospectus) is filed generally takes 2-3 months till the IPO. It's really a function on how long the SEC takes to review the IPO. Some companies take longer if the SEC requires amendments, additional disclosure etc. etc. be made. So my best guess would be Jan-Feb 2001. Not a bad time to come out for the company as those months historically tend to be strong.
