I think that rambus may very well end up going after Intel.

But that will likely come much later.

I think that rambus will come after AMD,Transmeta and VIA.

And anybody else that uses or has used SDRAM and plans on DDR etc.

Any Antitrust action would come many years later.

Short term AMD's stock will tank if its get sued.

Rambus will attempt to ban AMD essentially from shipping ANY processors as they ALL violate RMBS's IP.

This clearly adds uncertainty to AMD going forward.

And this is irrelevant to what we both think of RMBS's claims.
