yep...the dollar is now mainly driven by speculation....it has gone from being undervalued a few years back to being grossly overvalued.

one needs to keep in mind, for the dollar to fall it doesn't even take foreign disinvestment...all it takes will be a slowdown in capital flows, as approx. 1,5 billion in net inflows are needed daily merely to keep equilibrium with the current account outflows.
